About the position
As a Seasonal Merchandising Support Associate at Bloomingdale's, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by maintaining an inviting shopping environment. This part-time, seasonal position involves supporting various workgroups to ensure the store's appearance is top-notch, while also assisting with logistical tasks that drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Assist with logistical tasks such as merchandise delivery and product pricing.
- Organize merchandise to be returned to vendor partners.
- Pick and pack customer orders, including Buy Online Pick-up in Store and Buy Online Ship to Store.
- Maintain a neat, well-stocked, and easy-to-shop sales floor.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or merchandising support.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology and handheld equipment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in pricing and inventory management.
- Previous customer service experience.
