The Seasonal Lifeguard Manager assists the Facilities Director in supervising Lifeguards and Cashiers for the Oxford Park Commission City Pool to ensure the safety of patrons by minimizing or eliminating hazardous situations or behaviors in and around the water. The position requires maintaining a professional appearance and attitude, as well as a high standard of customer service to both patrons and coworkers. The Lifeguard Manager is responsible for opening and closing procedures of each shift worked, maintaining constant surveillance of patrons, and responding immediately to emergencies. This role also involves assisting the Aquatics Director with scheduling, supply reorders, and ensuring compliance with pool rules and safety protocols.
