About the position

The Seasonal Liquid Input Clerk at Irving Oil is responsible for providing exceptional customer support while managing daily projects and ensuring customer requirements are met. This hybrid role involves balancing in-office and remote work, focusing on accurate processing of service work orders, customer account adjustments, and effective communication with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Post all trucks and service work orders accurately by next business day
  • Adjust bulk plant warehouses daily
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliation
  • File work daily
  • Process adjustments to customer accounts timely and accurately
  • Respond to issues promptly
  • Ensure proper customer follow-up
  • Research and resolve liquid inventory variances promptly
  • Post payments and reconcile bank deposits accurately and timely

Requirements

  • Customer service experience and knowledge of business procedures
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience working in customer service setting

Nice-to-haves

  • ADDS software experience a plus
