About the position

The Seasonal Operations Coordinator is responsible for supervising, training, and developing workgroups to ensure safety, production, and attendance standards are met. This role emphasizes high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety while fostering a positive team-oriented work environment. The coordinator will also cultivate relationships across all levels of personnel and implement employee development plans to support ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
  • Facilitates training with new and current employees.
  • Ensures that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement and communication.
  • Implements employee personal development plans to ensure professional growth.
  • Ensures all department employees receive orientation, skills training, and regular evaluations.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
  • Management experience - Preferred.
