About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with our guests. This part-time, seasonal role is crucial for promoting our products and services, enhancing brand awareness, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations.
• Act as a team player who is curious, resourceful, and exemplifies inclusivity.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Utilize "Morte Ways to Shop" to drive business results and support the use of new technology.
• Deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand Expectations.
• Support alternative purchasing processes to strengthen customer connectivity.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times.

Requirements

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex high volume or high profile specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock room, dressing/fitting room, and cashwrap.
• Ability to lift/climb 30lbs and climb moderately.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
