About the position

The Seasonal Part Time Brick Specialist at LEGO Group is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for guests in the store. This role involves engaging with customers, managing cash register functions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations in the stockroom. The position emphasizes the importance of fostering relationships with guests and embodying LEGO's brand values in every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest and ensure a signature experience in the store (80%)
  • Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays (10%)
  • Assist in receiving merchandise and maintaining the stockroom to standards (10%)
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Process information and merchandise through the register system
  • Work various hours, including days, nights, and weekends as needed
  • Access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, and loading dock

Requirements

  • Ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Experience in retail or customer service is preferred
  • Basic cash handling skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift at least 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

Nice-to-haves
