About the position

The Seasonal Part-Time Key Holder at SMCP North America is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a boutique environment, representing the Sandro brand. This role involves engaging with customers, assisting with styling and fitting room experiences, and maintaining the store's ambiance. The position is temporary and part-time, aimed at enhancing the customer experience while promoting the brand's unique Parisian chic aesthetic.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and outreach to customers.
  • Create fitting room experiences and assist with styling clients.
  • Maintain the store floor and assist colleagues as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of prior service experience.
