About the position

The position involves providing excellent customer service and achieving sales goals while maintaining store standards and adhering to company policies. The role is focused on customer interaction, merchandising, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by following LIDS Sports Group customer service programs.
• Meeting or exceeding company objectives in all individual sales goals.
• Participating in store maintenance per the current visual guidelines including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintaining a professional appearance consistent with the Dress Code Policy.
• Protecting company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Participating in restocking and resetting of merchandise.
• Supporting and adhering to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to read and operate a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
• Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.
