About the position
The Seasonal Part-Time Stock Associate at Eddie Bauer is responsible for managing the flow of merchandise from the stock room to the retail sales floor. This role involves receiving, unpacking, organizing, and labeling merchandise, while also providing customer service and assisting with sales as needed. The position requires a self-motivated individual who is organized and has a passion for helping others feel good about their style.
Responsibilities
- Assist in making sales goals by executing merchandise flow routines.
- Process merchandise deliveries according to the store delivery schedule.
- Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
- Work with management to execute floor sets.
- Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met.
- Assist in the execution of the physical inventory process.
- Support the store management team with shortage reduction measures.
- Model company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
Requirements
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
