About the position

The Seasonal Per Diem Float Position is designed for compassionate and dedicated individuals who will provide high-quality care and support to clients from December 1st, 2024 to February 1, 2025. This role requires availability for four full-time days, including one weekend day, and involves traveling to various locations to assist residents with their daily needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, engagement, and light housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with resident rights and HIPAA regulations.
• Observe patients for any changes in behavior or health status, reporting findings to nurse care managers.
• Support various cases by filling in for shifts where needed, which means traveling to various locations.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents at all times.

Requirements

• Must have a current CNA license or HHA certificate.
• Must read and write English.
• Must be able to lift 50+ LBS.
• Must be able to travel to various locations in a 20-mile radius of Concord.
• Must be able to work in homes with Cats or Dogs.
• Must have experience working with hospice clients.
