About The Position
The Seasonal Aquatics positions include Lifeguards, Pool Managers, Assistant Pool Managers, and District Coordinators. Lifeguards are responsible for maintaining order and preventing accidents by enforcing policies and regulations, monitoring for hazards, providing first aid, and performing public relations duties. This role requires weekend and holiday work, and candidates must meet specific swimming requirements. Pool Managers and Assistant Pool Managers oversee daily operations, ensuring safety and maintenance of swimming facilities, while District Coordinators assist in managing operations across multiple sites and report on issues and resolutions.
