Responsibilities

• Create positive and memorable experiences for customers that build brand loyalty.
• Accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while servicing customers.
• Participate in general store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
• Support the leadership team's initiatives to drive sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
• Model reliability and flexibility by working varied hours and days, including weekends and holidays.
• Support other brands under the Leap umbrella for new store openings and activations.
• Embrace learning and leverage new technologies and systems, with experience in Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office being a plus.
• Perform opening and closing tasks in the store, including carrying store keys.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience, preferably in a similar category.
• Comfortable working with a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs.
• Ability to maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office is a plus.
