About the position

The Nordstrom Rack team member plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. This position focuses on assisting customers in finding great deals, ensuring a smooth fitting room experience, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Team members are expected to embody enthusiasm, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership while promoting Nordstrom's offerings and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover great deals.
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and taking them to their fitting rooms, then sorting and returning clothing to the floor.
• Share knowledge of fashion and inform customers about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Maintain organization in stockrooms and complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays 'runway ready' through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
