About the position

The Seasonal Restaurant Server at Marketplace Café in Scottsdale Fashion Square is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving food and beverages. This role requires effective communication with customers and coworkers, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The server will also support various restaurant operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Share knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products while serving customers.
• Understand customers' needs and suggest additional items as appropriate.
• Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Valid food handler's card where required by local and state regulations.
• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality (preferred).
