The Seasonal Retail Ambassador at KHOI is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment. This position is integral to creating memorable experiences for customers through engagement and product knowledge, while also maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the retail space. The role requires a passion for design and a commitment to fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage them in meaningful conversations about jewelry collections.
• Proactively approach customers to showcase the latest designs and upsell complementary pieces.
• Develop a deep understanding of sculptural jewelry collections to educate customers effectively.
• Assist with maintaining an attractive and organized retail space, including arranging displays and restocking inventory.
• Embody the values and ethos of the brand, fostering community and inclusivity among customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to increase sales and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail, sales, or hospitality experience in a customer-facing role.
• Passion for art, design, and creativity, particularly in sculptural jewelry and fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to drive results while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends between 9am - 5pm.
