Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers in a friendly manner.
• Recommend products by identifying customer needs and inspiring purchases.
• Assist customers in completing their shopping journey and celebrate their purchases.
• Support customers with online orders and ensure a smooth pickup experience.
• Monitor alerts for timely completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders.
• Conduct customer pickups and deliver orders curbside.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to drive sales and minimize returns.
• Sell gift cards and assist with Macy's card issues as needed.
• Follow store audit policies and procedures for asset protection.
