The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Old Navy is responsible for providing excellent customer service during the holiday season. Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Educate, inform, inspire, and outfit customers using product expertise.
• Offer information on current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
• Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently.
• Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers using mannequins and displays.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
• Be courteous and responsive to internal/external requests.
