• Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote brand loyalty.
• Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house processes as required.
• Respond courteously to internal and external requests and exchange job-related information.
