About the position
The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at francesca's is responsible for creating an engaging and positive shopping experience for guests in a boutique environment. The position is seasonal, concluding on or before January 25, 2025, based on business needs and individual performance.
Responsibilities
- Create an engaging guest experience for every customer in the boutique.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Embrace product knowledge, current trends, and promotions to inspire guests.
- Assist in maintaining a visually inspiring boutique through recovery and replenishment of products.
- Partner with the leadership team to execute company direction and complete tasks while prioritizing guest needs.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
