About the position

Kohl's is seeking part-time seasonal retail sales associates to join their team in Novi, Michigan. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, and supporting inventory accuracy during the busy holiday season. Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle different methods of payment.
• Execute point of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines.
• Support inventory accuracy through accurate completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
