About the position

The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at francesca's is responsible for creating an engaging and positive shopping experience for guests in the boutique. This role emphasizes guest interaction, product knowledge, and maintaining the store's visual appeal while adhering to company policies. The position is seasonal and will conclude on or before January 25, 2025, depending on business needs and individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging guest experience for every customer in the boutique.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the boutique point-of-sale system.
• Embrace product knowledge, current trends, and boutique promotions to inspire guests.
• Assist in maintaining a visually inspiring boutique, including recovery and replenishment of products.
• Partner with the leadership team to execute company direction and complete tasks while prioritizing guest experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to work independently.
