Responsibilities

• Create an engaging guest experience for every customer in the boutique.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Embrace product knowledge, current trends, and promotions to inspire guests.
• Assist in maintaining a visually inspiring boutique through recovery and replenishment of products.
• Partner with the leadership team to execute company direction and complete tasks while prioritizing guest experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
