About the position

Kohl's is seeking part-time seasonal retail sales associates to join their team in Manassas, Virginia. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, and supporting inventory accuracy during the busy holiday season. Associates will enjoy flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn extra cash during this temporary position.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and properly handle different methods of payment.
• Execute point of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines providing courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Support inventory accuracy through accurate completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.

Requirements

• Ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service.
• Experience operating a cash register and handling payments.
