About the position
The Seasonal Sales Associate role involves providing exceptional guest service in a retail environment, executing visual merchandising, and supporting the store's sales and profitability goals. This part-time, temporary position requires working under the supervision of the Guest Sales Leader and includes responsibilities such as restocking products and operating the POS system.
Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary guest service to customers.
- Execute visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Support the Manager on Duty to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
- Restock products as needed.
- Operate POS system and mobile POS to process guest purchases.
- Perform other duties to support daily retail operations.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or retail is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating weekends and morning shifts.
