About the position

The Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at LEGO is responsible for delivering exceptional retail experiences to guests in a vibrant store environment. This part-time, seasonal role focuses on engaging with customers, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for LEGO fans of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Exceed guests' expectations through fun and meaningful interactions.
• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays.
• Safely operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, and maintain stockroom standards.

Requirements

• Energetic and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
