About the position

The Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at The LEGO Group is responsible for delivering exceptional retail experiences to guests in a vibrant store environment. This part-time role focuses on engaging with customers, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a safe and visually appealing shopping experience. The position requires enthusiasm and energy to inspire LEGO fans of all ages while performing various retail tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays according to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, and maintain stockroom standards while adhering to safety regulations.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills with team members and guests.
• Ability to process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including days, nights, and weekends as business needs dictate.
• Physical capability to access all areas of the store, including sales floor, stock areas, and loading dock.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for extended periods.
