About the position

The Sales Associate at Under Armour plays a crucial role in driving store sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) by embodying brand values and providing a unique experience for customers, referred to as Athletes. This position reports to the Store Manager and involves routine duties that support overall store operations, including taking on Stock Specialist responsibilities when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct sales assistance to Athletes to meet sales KPI targets set by the Retail Store Manager
  • Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experience
  • Model the UA service culture and customer expectations
  • Communicate brand messages according to UA Service Model when assisting athletes
  • Incorporate product knowledge into the selling process by participating in training
  • Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets
  • Comply with UA policies and procedures
  • Complete operational and cash processes in line with training
  • Adhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies
  • Fulfill working hours as scheduled according to Under Armour's attendance policy
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
  • Accountable for self-development and seizing growth opportunities to increase performance

Requirements

  • Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills
  • Fluency in local language
  • Proficient in use of computers and other technology
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • 0-3 months working in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, and weekends
