About the position

The Seasonal Sales Associate at Pacsun is responsible for generating sales by providing an engaging and positive customer experience. This role involves executing tasks assigned by the leadership team, maintaining visual standards, and supporting the store's operational goals. The associate is expected to reflect the Pacsun brand through their passion for fashion and trends while contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience with all customers.
  • Focus on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions.
  • Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempting to 'solve for yes'.
  • Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Execute all visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company.
  • Support high standards of organization and cleanliness in the store.
  • Uphold and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all Loss Prevention policies and communicate violations to leadership.
  • Share customer feedback with the leadership team to improve the customer experience.
  • Actively participate in all company and store contests and events.
  • Stay current on all financial goals and priorities.
  • Support the leadership team in achieving sales and operational goals.
  • Support and execute all digital sales strategies within the store.

Requirements

  • Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.
