The Seasonal Sales Associate at UNTUCKit is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide information on our products, features and benefits
• Create a fun, relaxed environment for customers to feel comfortable shopping
• Actively maintain a tidy sales floor and stockroom
• Be a self-starter when doing tasks
• Juggle multiple customers at a time

Requirements

• Work experience as a sales associate
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency utilizing Apple technology and Omnichannel POS systems
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• High school degree; BA/BS degree would be a plus
