About the position
The Seasonal Sales Associate role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer experience across various retail segments. Associates will engage with customers, support team selling, and contribute to achieving store sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
- Build a relationship with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
- Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
- Encourage and participate in team selling to positively impact store sales volume and metrics goals.
- Assist with visually merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects, as well as conducting merchandise stock counts.
- Handle the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale.
Requirements
- Customer service experience with a focus on delivering a world-class experience.
- Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
- Ability to work well with retail sales associates at all levels.
