The Seasonal Sales Associate at Lacoste is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. This role emphasizes building personalized relationships with customers, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store operations and visual standards. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs set by the Store Manager.
• Cultivate personalized relationships with customers to drive sales.
• Utilize product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Understand and operate computer systems for transactions and inventory management.
• Protect store assets through awareness of loss prevention procedures.
• Report any violations to the supervisor.
• Familiarize with inventory levels and perform inter-store transfers as needed.
• Assist with other duties as required by store management.
