WEEKEND MAX MARA is seeking fashionable and friendly stylists to join their team for the holiday season at a pop-up location in the Shops at Santa Anita. The role focuses on achieving sales goals in a competitive environment while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals.
• Excel in a competitive commission sales environment.
• Maintain constant enthusiasm, friendliness, and positive energy while interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in department stores or luxury designer environments.
• Strong apparel sales skills and knowledge.
• Clear understanding of the importance of constant communication and involvement with clients.
