About the position

The Seasonal Part-Time Sales Teammate at Under Armour plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and driving sales during peak seasons. This position focuses on providing exceptional service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting store operations while embodying the company's values of sustainability, teamwork, and athlete support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct sales assistance to customers to meet sales KPI targets.
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with Under Armour processes and policies.
• Model the Under Armour service culture and customer expectations.
• Communicate brand messages according to the Under Armour Service Model when assisting customers.
• Incorporate product knowledge into the selling process by participating in training.
• Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets.
• Complete operational and cash processes in line with training.
• Adhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Accountable for self-development and seizing growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA).
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.

• Previous work experience in a customer-facing role (preferred, not required).
