About the position
The Seasonal Part-Time Sales Teammate at Under Armour plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and driving sales during peak seasons. This position focuses on providing exceptional service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting store operations while embodying the company's values of sustainability, teamwork, and athlete support.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales by providing exceptional customer service.
- Maximize sales through efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
- Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times.
- Assist customers with product selection and checkout processes.
- Stock, straighten, and clean the store as needed.
- Work both front and back of the store as required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA).
- Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, hand-held and mobile devices).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous work experience in a customer-facing role (preferred, not required).
