About the position

The Seasonal Sales Associate at Pacsun is responsible for generating sales by providing an engaging and positive customer experience. This role involves executing assigned tasks from the leadership team, maintaining visual standards, and supporting the store's operational goals. The associate is expected to reflect the Pacsun brand through a passion for fashion and trends while contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience with all customers.
• Focus on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions.
• Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempting to 'solve for yes'.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Execute all visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company.
• Support high standards of organization and cleanliness in the store.
• Uphold and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Communicate any loss prevention violations to the leadership team.
• Participate in all company and store contests and events.
• Stay current on all financial goals and priorities.
• Support the leadership team in achieving all sales and operational goals.
• Execute all digital sales strategies within the store.
• Reflect the Pacsun brand by demonstrating passion for product and fashion trends.
• Contribute to a positive working environment by exhibiting core value behaviors.
• Maintain the company's fashion image by adhering to Employee Appearance Guidelines.
• Demonstrate willingness and initiative to learn about products and trends.

Requirements

• Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.
