The Seasonal Sales Associate role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer experience across various retail segments. This position is integral to fostering a positive team environment and achieving sales goals while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Build a relationship with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
• Encourage and participate in team selling to positively impact store sales volume and metrics goals.
• Assist with visually merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects.
• Conduct merchandise stock counts and handle the cash register at the point of sale.
