About the position

The Seasonal Sales Associate at Lacoste is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. This role emphasizes building relationships with customers, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store operations while embodying the brand's values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs as determined by the Store Manager.
• Connect with customers and cultivate personalized relationships to drive sales.
• Utilize product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with the store's visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.
• Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions.
• Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures.
• Report violations to the supervisor.
• Become familiar with inventory levels and understand how to use systems for availability and transfers.
• Assist with all other duties as required by store management.
