About the position

The Seasonal Sales Associate role at Yankee Candle Company involves providing exceptional guest service while supporting the store's sales and operational goals. This part-time, temporary position requires executing visual merchandising standards and assisting with daily retail operations under the supervision of the Guest Sales Leader.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary guest service to enhance customer experience.
• Execute visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Support the Manager on Duty to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
• Restock products as needed to maintain inventory levels.
• Operate the POS system and mobile POS to process guest purchases.
• Perform other duties to support daily retail operations.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or retail is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
