About the position

The Seasonal Sales Associate at Venchi is responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for customers in a fast-paced retail setting. This role involves selling premium Italian chocolates and gelato, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. The position is temporary and seasonal, lasting until the end of December or early January, with a focus on engaging with customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a unique Italian welcoming environment for customers.
• Sell gelato, coffee, and high-quality chocolates.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Process register transactions and manage cash operations.
• Refill store needs and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Engage confidently with customers to enhance their experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet.
• Confidence in interacting with customers and providing excellent service.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and cash management.
• Experience in visual merchandising and attention to detail.
