About the position

The Seasonal Sales Associate at Under Armour plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and driving sales during peak seasons. Responsibilities

• Provide direct sales assistance to customers to meet sales targets.
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with Under Armour processes and policies.
• Model the Under Armour service culture and customer expectations.
• Communicate brand messages according to the Under Armour Service Model when assisting customers.
• Incorporate product knowledge into the selling process by participating in training.
• Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets.
• Comply with Under Armour policies and procedures.
• Complete operational and cash processes as per training guidelines.
• Adhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA).
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
