About the position

Tiffany & Co. is seeking Seasonal Team Members for the Dallas NorthPark location, who will play a vital role in representing the Tiffany brand during the bustling holiday season. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for clients, embodying the luxury and elegance that Tiffany is known for. This position requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, as you will be the face of the brand in every client interaction. Your passion for Tiffany will shine through as you assist clients and ensure they feel welcomed and valued. In this role, you will be expected to enhance the client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and utilizing store amenities to create personalized interactions. You will assist with various tasks, including managing the engraving station, leading the floor waiting list, and ensuring that the hospitality area is well-stocked and organized. Communication with management regarding any service issues is crucial to maintaining a high standard of client service. Additionally, you will support the sales team by helping with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing point-of-sale (POS) supplies, and keeping the sales floor neat and organized. Your role will also involve assisting the operations team with adherence to operational policies and procedures, as well as after-sales servicing to ensure smooth store operations. You may also be called upon to assist with inventory management and special projects as needed, making this a dynamic and engaging position during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted according to Tiffany's standards.
  • Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
  • Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
  • Lead the floor waiting list accurately if applicable.
  • Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
  • Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
  • Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and keeping all POS stations and sales floor areas organized.
  • Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
  • Assist the operations team with operational policies and procedures and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
  • Help with inventory management and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous retail or luxury retail experience or client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent client service skills and the ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks.
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
