Tiffany & Co. is seeking Seasonal Team Members to play a vital role in representing the Tiffany brand during the bustling holiday season. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will be at the forefront of client interactions, ensuring that every client feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the client experience through exceptional hospitality and personalized service. You will assist clients with their needs, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service that Tiffany is known for. This includes managing the engraving station, leading the floor waiting list, and maintaining the hospitality area to ensure it is stocked and clean. You will also support the sales team by assisting with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing point-of-sale (POS) supplies, and keeping the sales floor organized. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with both clients and management will be crucial in identifying and resolving any service issues that may arise. Additionally, you will assist the operations team in adhering to operational policies and procedures, ensuring that the store runs smoothly. Your role may also involve helping with inventory management and special projects as needed. Responsibilities

  • Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring Clients are warmly welcomed and assisted accordingly.
  • Improve the Client experience with hospitality and store amenities to build personalized experiences.
  • Assist with engraving station where applicable.
  • Accurately lead floor waiting list if applicable.
  • Ensure hospitality area is fully stocked, orderly and clean.
  • Communicate with management any potential service issues with waiting clients.
  • Assist sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
  • Keep all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized.
  • Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
  • Assist operations team with operational policies and procedures and after sales servicing.
  • Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Previous retail or luxury retail or Client related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Client service skills and the ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks is required.
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
