About the position

Tiffany & Co. is seeking Seasonal Team Members to play a vital role in representing the Tiffany brand during the bustling holiday season. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring that every Client interaction is memorable and embodies the luxury and elegance that Tiffany is known for. Your passion for the brand will shine through in every engagement, as you work to create exceptional experiences for our Clients. This position is not just about sales; it’s about building relationships and enhancing the Client experience through hospitality and personalized service. In this role, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming Clients and assisting them in a manner that reflects the Tiffany brand's values. You will improve the Client experience by utilizing store amenities and hospitality services, aiming to positively impact both sales and service. Your duties will include assisting with the engraving station, managing the floor waiting list, and ensuring that the hospitality area is well-stocked, clean, and organized. Communication with management regarding any potential service issues will be crucial to maintaining a high standard of Client care. Additionally, you will support the sales team by boxing and wrapping items, replenishing point-of-sale (POS) and gifting supplies, and keeping all sales floor areas neat and organized. You will also assist with operational policies and procedures, ensuring that store operations run smoothly. Your role may involve helping with inventory and special projects as needed, making you an integral part of the team during this busy season.

Responsibilities

  • Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring Clients are warmly welcomed and assisted accordingly.
  • Improve the Client experience with hospitality and store amenities to build personalized experiences.
  • Assist with engraving station where applicable.
  • Accurately lead floor waiting list if applicable.
  • Ensure hospitality area is fully stocked, orderly and clean.
  • Communicate with management any potential service issues with waiting clients.
  • Assist sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
  • Keep all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized.
  • Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
  • Assist operations team with operational policies and procedures and after sales servicing.
  • Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous retail or luxury retail or Client related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Client service skills and the ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks is required.
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
