About the position

The Seasonal Sales Support role at Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC involves providing exceptional customer service for a luxury fashion brand during the busy holiday season. This temporary position requires candidates to work full-time from November 17th to January 4th, ensuring that the sales floor meets high visual merchandising standards and assisting with various store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service to clients.
• Greet clients as they enter the store.
• Develop and maintain product and company knowledge to share with clients.
• Ensure that the sales floor meets the company's high visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with wrapping client purchases.
• Execute all store operations, policies, and procedures in accordance with inventory management.
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed and assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail, customer service, or operations support experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in fashion, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
