Responsibilities
- Serve ice cream and other products to customers with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Engage guests in conversation about flavors and provide samples to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scooping area and dining space.
- Demonstrate operational agility by efficiently navigating a fast-paced environment.
- Acquire and share in-depth knowledge about standard flavors and seasonal offerings.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Availability to work at least three shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work closing shifts, with the possibility of working as late as 1 am.
- Strong communication skills to engage with guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
