As a Seasonal Scooper at Salt & Straw in Studio City, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional ice cream experience to our customers. Responsibilities

  • Serve ice cream and other products to customers with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
  • Engage guests in conversation about flavors and provide samples to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scooping area and dining space.
  • Demonstrate operational agility by efficiently navigating a fast-paced environment.
  • Acquire and share in-depth knowledge about standard flavors and seasonal offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Availability to work at least three shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work closing shifts, with the possibility of working as late as 1 am.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with guests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service or food service industry.
  • Knowledge of ice cream flavors and production.
