About the position

The Seasonal Stock Associate at AllSaints is responsible for managing stock replenishment and ensuring effective stock delivery and merchandising in a flagship store setting. This role emphasizes minimizing stock loss, adhering to stock rotation processes, and maintaining clear communication regarding stock levels. The position is part-time and fixed-term, primarily during the busy holiday season from November to early January.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the process of replenishment
• Ensure all procedures are followed to minimize stock loss
• Ensure stock rotation processes are adhered to
• Ensure stock level information is communicated effectively
• Manage deliveries into the store effectively
• Responsible for stock delivery and merchandising
• Ensure correct swing ticket information is on all products
• Ensure tag check procedures are adhered to
• Responsible for ensuring tagging procedures are followed
• Ensure all fire exits/walkways are free from boxes of delivery/combustibles
• Ensure lifting and handling of deliveries are dealt with in the correct manner
