About the position

The Seasonal Store Associate at Pura Vida is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the store's image and operational needs. This part-time role focuses on enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the integrity of the Pura Vida experience through exceptional customer service.
• Engage guests and enhance their experience through product awareness and team selling.
• Drive store results through add-on selling and conversion that meet the guest's wants and needs.
• Maintain Pura Vida brand standards through assistance in visual merchandising excellence.
• Help to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for customers.
• Maintain organization of the stock room.
• Accurately process transactions in a professional manner.
• Comply with all established company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior retail experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with retail POS system is a plus.
• Polite and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional sales skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player.
