About the position

The Specialist, Supply Chain is responsible for managing product inventory through various fulfillment activities such as picking, put away, and shipping. This role supports supply chain operations by maintaining accurate records of inventory movement and assisting the Operations Specialist team in processing orders efficiently. The position is crucial for ensuring that items are handled correctly for outbound shipment and that inventory discrepancies are investigated and resolved.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of fulfilment activities including receiving, put away, picking, and shipping.
  • Support fulfilment activities for Internal Selling, Custodial and Power Sellers.
  • Achieve key metrics across inventory and fulfilment.
  • SOP adherence for product flow in the Verification Center.
  • Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies, find root causes, develop and implement solutions to inventory management processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, customer service, transportation, product, and other teams as necessary to identify and resolve issues that impact inventory.
  • Support unloading trucks, palletizing boxes.
  • Open boxes and scan shipping labels.
  • Use apps and computers to complete the order fulfillment process.
  • Box items, work with packaging equipment, and ensure labels are accurately placed on boxes.

Requirements

  • High school completion required.
  • 6+ months professional experience in a fulfilment and/or Supply Chain role.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Sense of urgency to perform tasks at or above the outlined productivity and timelines with strong time management skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work well in teams and good communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and well organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Slack, and other common basic office software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with warehouse (WMS), operations (OMS) and enterprise (ERP) management systems and processes.
  • Experience in an E-Commerce/Marketplace environment.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
