The Seasonal Sales Support Administrative Assistant at Summit Staffing Solutions is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while supporting the sales team in St. Paul, Oregon. This role involves managing customer interactions, assisting with sales and order management, and ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by contacting customers and outside sales brokers.
  • Assist with sales and order management.
  • Learn and collaborate with multiple trucking/logistics companies.
  • Use Sage Software to enter customer orders and generate invoices.
  • Ensure smooth operations by maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for accounting tasks.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Sage Software).
  • Strong phone communication skills for customer interactions.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
