The position of Trial Paralegal at a reputable plaintiff litigation personal injury firm involves supporting trial attorneys in preparing for court cases. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in trial preparation, managing a caseload, and communicating with various stakeholders in the legal process. This role is crucial for ensuring that all necessary documentation and exhibits are organized and ready for trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 30-40 cases
• Prepare trial binders and exhibits
• Contact experts for trial preparation
• Communicate with opposing counsel
• Manage calendaring for trial dates and deadlines
• Support lead trial attorney and 2-3 litigation attorneys

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in trial preparation
• Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking)
• Experience appearing for trial with an attorney is a plus
• Open to both plaintiff and defense experience
